A Bag Filter (or Fabric Filter) is a pollution control device that removes particulates out of air or gas released from commercial processes or combustion. It is widely used in dust collection systems.
⚙️ Working Principle
Dust-laden air enters the filter housing.
The air passes through filter bags (fabric tubes).
Dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the bags.
Clean air exits through the outlet.
Periodically, the bags are cleaned (manually or automatically).

Shaking Type – Manual/Mechanical shaking for cleaning bags.
